Bid Now to Own a Piece of Western Bulldogs History - Western Bulldogs 2025 AFLW Signed Match Worn* First Nations Guernsey, worn in Rounds 3 & 4.
Special features of this unique guernsey include:
Designed by Kamilya Lowana White, the Western Bulldogs' First Nations Guernsey for 2025 celebrates the club's reconciliation journey, honouring First Nations players and their teammates. The design prominently features a meeting place symbol, signifying the club as a gathering point for the five Western Bulldogs AFL & AFLW First Nations players. This symbol is central to the guernsey's design, which imitates a map layout, moving from Tasmania (bottom red), Victoria (bottom white), South Western Australia (mid blue), North Western Australia (upper red), to Central Australia (upper white). Each section represents the Country of the First Nations players and the significant people who have supported them throughout each of their journeys.
The right aspect of the guernsey features 132 'people' symbols representing the total number of AFL, AFLW, VFL & VFLW players, with six red symbols highlighting the First Nations players. Surrounding these are 100 white dots, commemorating 100 years of the Western Bulldogs Football Club. This guernsey not only highlights the unique heritage and contributions of the First Nations players but also underscores the club's ongoing commitment to reconciliation and inclusion.
